The solution polymerization SBR plant of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company (Kalamai City, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, China), which was licensed by the Company in partnership with ICB of Germany, began operation in July 2023. The production capacity is 25,000 tons per year. The company's output includes products that achieve a good balance of wear resistance and grip performance through the continuous polymerization method, and in addition the company has newly installed and is successfully operating a state-of-the-art modified SSBR facility that pursues low fuel consumption and improved grip performance through the batch polymerization method.
