Client F (Petrochemical Complex, SSBR Manufacturing Technology and Licensing, China (2025))

We licensed manufacturing technology and provided manufacturing technology support for the construction of a 60,000-ton-per-year SSBR plant for 5G (the most advanced grade) functional groups using batch polymerization technology.

Client E (EPDM Manufacturing Technology Licensing, China (2024))

We signed an EPDM manufacturing technology license agreement for an EPDM production plant with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. Detailed design work is currently under way at the site, and we aim to start operation in about two years. In the Chinese EPDM market, where demand is expanding, we will continue to provide technical support to ensure a stable supply at an early stage.

Client D (SSBR Manufacturing Technology and Licensing, China (2023))

Client D started production at an SSBR (solution polymerization SBR) plant with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons. ETIC and ICB Deutschland GmbH collaborated to license the technology for the plant.

Client C (Petrochemical Complex, Europe (2018-2021))

ETIC provided technical assistance in the construction of a 60,000-tonne SSBR plant for 5G (the most advanced grade) functional groups using batch polymerization technology. ETIC also advised on the SBS (thermoplastic elastomer) production technology at the plant. The factory was completed and put into operation in 2021.

Client B (The world's leading synthetic rubber company (2018-))

ETIC provided the client with a solution that increased the productivity of the solution-polymerized rubber plant by 20%. Due to machine problems and quality issues such as polymer gelling and inconsistent moonies, the plant had been shut down frequently before then.

Client A (New refinery and integrated petrochemical complex in China (2019-))

ETIC has supported the introduction of SSBR production technology for 5G functional groups with batch and continuous polymerization technology, and lithium BR production technology in continuous process. The factory is currently under construction.
