In September 2024, we signed an EPDM manufacturing technology license agreement with Yunenghua New Materials Co., Ltd. for an EPDM production plant with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. This EPDM manufacturing technology was originally owned by Sumitomo Chemical, and we acquired the right to relicense it in 2023 following the company's withdrawal from the EPDM business. It is characterized by the ability to produce high-quality EPDM with high economic efficiency.
